Senior Services

Job Readiness & Training
RCP creates pathways to independence and growth through certifications, workforce training, and skill-building. Women and caregivers can prepare for flexible, income-generating careers such as licensed insurance brokers, tax preparers, or other professional certifications. We also include financial literacy training so participants are equipped for long-term success.

Tax Consultation
RCP supports families and caregivers with free or low-cost tax preparation. Our services include credit screenings, ITIN assistance, and post-filing support to ensure accuracy and maximize returns. For seniors and low-income families, this service provides peace of mind and financial stability.

Community HUB Space
The HUB is the centerpiece of RCP — a physical and collaborative space where families and providers meet under one roof. Here, trusted nonprofits, healthcare providers, and organizations work side by side to deliver services, host workshops, and share referrals. This model reduces the burden on families, ensures they don’t fall through the cracks, and strengthens every partner’s impact.
